Press the power button
Press the power button near the screen and wait for the display to light up completely.
- The first startup can take a few extra seconds
- Continue only after the screen is fully on
Confirm that sound is working
Set the volume to a moderate level and press a few keys to make sure the built-in speakers are working.
- If headphones or external gear are connected, unplug them first
- Confirm the instrument itself is sounding before testing anything else
What to check if there is still no sound
- Make sure the volume is not turned all the way down
- Confirm the battery selector is in the correct position
- Switch to the other battery and restart once more
