What is the product weight in kilograms?
The Hesedion portable electronic keyboard weighs approximately 5KG. It comes with two detachable batteries, and the weight remains 5KG when using just one battery.
How long do the batteries last?
Equipped with two built-in batteries, the Hesedion portable electronic keyboard offers up to 12 hours of continuous play per battery. Easy battery switching lets you enjoy non-stop performance without worrying about power shortage
What can it connect to?
It supports speakers, headphones, audio input, Bluetooth, and computer-based arranging.
Can I sing and play with it?
Yes. Plug in a microphone and sing while playing.
How long is the product warranty?
The Hesedion portable electronic keyboard comes with a 2-year warranty (starts from the buyer’s delivery date). Consumables such as batteries are not covered. For non-human quality issues within warranty: Free repair/replacement, we cover round-trip shipping. For human damage/out of warranty: Parts fee only, buyer pays shipping.
Where is the brand from?
Our brand is named FEEL-UP. Developed by a South Korean R&D team, our products are produced in Shenzhen, China
Does it play the same way as an accordion?
We changed the traditional bellows to two built-in speakers. There’s no need to pull bellows like a regular accordion. The layout is the same: 80 basses for the left hand and 34 keys for the right.
How is the volume adjusted?
You can adjust the volume with the knob on the control panel.It also has velocity-sensing keys. Once you turn on the function, you can control the volume by how hard you press the keys.
